Mechanical structure engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and cooperate with the design coordination and communication of the project team;
2. Have the concept of structural cost, be familiar with tolerance fit, be good at analyzing and solving problems;
3. Responsible for the design of SMT automation equipment; Evaluate the project, give the design scheme, and undertake the design and engineering drawing of the mechanical part of the equipment; The 3D drawing of the whole machine is the same as the engineering drawing;
4. Complete the proofreading of design drawings, review of process or standardization, etc;
5. Be responsible for the selection of mechanical design materials, the preparation of BOM, and the issuance and review of the optimized bill of materials;
6. Solve the problems raised by processing, assembly and after-sales and the suggestions of the improvement party;
7. Be responsible for leading breakthroughs in technical problems of the project, and master the progress control of the respective projects;
8. Complete relevant work required by the superior.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical automation;
2. Proficient in using Solidworks, CAD and other design software;
3. Familiar with the selection and calculation of screw rod, slide rail and cylinder;
4. Have keen comprehensive judgment on design. Be able to complete non-standard equipment design independently. Have SMT automation equipment design experience is preferred;
5. At least 3 years of working experience in automatic machinery development;
6. Positive energy, strong team awareness. Obey the company's arrangement;
7. Have professional patience, be willing to grow with the company, have a sense of responsibility, and have good communication and coordination skills;
8. Excellent graduates with bachelor degree or above can be trained (mechanical and automation related majors).
